Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 14-Day Returns Window

You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return for any reason. This right applies under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive).

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

• Unopened and in its original packaging
• In resalable condition
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)

Note: For food supplements, opened packaging cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

• Provide your order number and reason for return
• We'll send you return instructions or arrange collection

4. Return Shipping

Return postage is paid by you (unless the return is due to our error or a damaged/defective product). We will provide you with a return address.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. The time for money to appear in your account depends on your bank (typically 3-5 working days).

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund your order at no cost, including return shipping.

7. Cancellation Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order anytime before dispatch at no charge. Simply call or email us. Once dispatched, the 14-day return window applies.

8. Refusal of Delivery

You have the right to refuse delivery without penalty. The courier will note the refusal, and we will arrange a refund (no return postage charged).

9. Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded: opened or used products, items without original packaging, or orders outside the 14-day window.

10. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are clearly abused (e.g., systematic purchasing and returning). In such cases, we will contact you to discuss.
